Terms & Conditions

These Terms are a plain-language summary of how Daily VA engages with clients. They do not replace a signed Service Agreement, which governs any specific engagement.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing dailyva.co or engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of our website and services.

2. Services Provided

Daily VA provides remote business operations, executive support, lead generation, content management, AI workflow automation, and related growth services as described on our Services and Pricing pages. The scope of any specific engagement is defined in a separate Service Agreement.

3. Engagement & Billing

Plans are billed monthly in advance. Unused hours do not roll over unless otherwise stated. You may cancel or change plans with 7 days' written notice prior to the next billing cycle. Custom and enterprise engagements are governed by their own Statement of Work.

4. Client Responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate information, timely approvals, and access to the systems required to perform the agreed services. Delays or inaccurate information may impact deliverables and timelines.

5. Confidentiality & NDA

All client information is treated as strictly confidential. We are happy to sign mutual NDAs prior to discovery calls and at the start of any engagement.

6. Intellectual Property

Deliverables produced specifically for you under a paid engagement become your property upon full payment. Daily VA retains ownership of its proprietary frameworks, templates, and internal tools.

7. Limitation of Liability

Daily VA's total liability under any engagement is limited to the fees paid by the client in the three months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate an engagement with 7 days' written notice. Fees for work performed up to the termination date remain payable.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or via a notice on this page. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
